Established in 2001 and officially recognized by the Beijing Municipal Justice Bureau, Handing United Law Firm has rapidly evolved over the past two decades into a highly esteemed and comprehensive legal entity.

Our areas of expertise cover a wide array of legal fields including criminal defense, corporate mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, finance, foreign investment, real estate, and the issuance and listing of company securities, among others. Our team consists of more than sixty lawyers, many of whom are distinguished alumni from top-tier institutions like Peking University and Renmin University of China, bringing with them deep legal insights and extensive experience.
